LOGLINE:  Some things are never meant to be seen. . .Millions of people have experienced catching glimpses of Shadow People, the dark figures that move in the corners of your eyes, only to have them slip away when they turn to look. But what happens if someone catches sight of one that doesn't disappear? A mother discovers the answer to that question when one of these malevolent beings sets its designs on her autistic son. 

The story is about a guilt-ridden mother, Taryn Prentice, who is obsessed with finding a cure for her autistic son, Owen. Her search leads her and her family to a strange, New Age clinic. As soon as they arrive, Owen seems to make a miraculous recovery after just one therapy session with the clinic’s enigmatic director and her minacious, mute therapist. From that point on, Taryn’s life spirals out of control as she starts to doubt her own sanity – she suspects that her son Owen isn’t “Owen” anymore.
